About the role

We are currently looking for operators for our client in Märsta. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a fun production environment together with engaged colleagues and be an important part of the company's continued development.
The position is full-time, and you will work in shifts, including days and evenings.
Your responsibilities
As an operator, your tasks will include, among other things:
- Monitoring and managing production
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Performing basic maintenance and machine checks
- Following safety routines and work instructions
- Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Is responsible and has an eye for detail
- Thrives working both independently and in a team
- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
- Has previous experience from industry, production, or similar work (meritorious, but not a requirement)
- Has a forklift license (A+B) (required)
