Job Information

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with our client, is looking for a Material and Warehouse Specialist. The assignment is part of our staffing service. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for the client during the first 6 months. The goal is for you to transition into a permanent position with them, provided the collaboration works well for all parties. Responsibilities

As a warehouse specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that the material flow functions efficiently and that production has access to the components and materials needed to deliver according to plan. You work closely with production and play a key role in creating structure, order, and accessibility in the warehouse. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Receive, check, and register incoming deliveries
• Store and organize materials in a structured manner
• Pick and prepare materials for production
• Ensure that assemblers have the correct components available before assembly
• Handle material withdrawals and production orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing deliveries
• Ensure that materials are correctly labeled and traceable
• Conduct inventories and stock reconciliations
• Contribute to improvements in warehouse processes and material flows

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in warehouse and material handling in production, industrial, or technical environments
• Experience working with material supply to production
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from medtech, electronics, or manufacturing industries
• Forklift license
• Experience working in regulated operations
• Knowledge of ISO or GMP
