We are looking for careful and service-oriented employees for the goods receiving department at our client's site in Solna/Stockholm. The positions are part-time/extrajobb roles and suit you if you enjoy varied practical tasks, thrive in a team environment, and want to contribute to a smooth flow in warehouse and distribution operations.

The positions are consultancy assignments via Lernia. The assignments are part-time/extrajobb with the possibility of additional hours depending on needs and availability. Please note that for this assignment, you must have another employment of at least 50%.

About the Role

As an employee in goods receiving, you are responsible for receiving, checking, and handling goods. The work involves collaboration with logistics and warehouse colleagues to ensure correct deliveries and efficient material flow. You will also contribute to a safe and secure working environment by following routines and maintaining order in the work area.

Your main tasks include:

• Receiving and registering incoming deliveries
• Checking quantity and quality of goods
• Loading and unloading goods
• Picking and replenishing outbound areas as needed
• Collaborating with carriers and internal colleagues to resolve discrepancies
• Contributing to the improvement of receiving and traceability routines
• Following safety routines and maintaining good order in the work area

About You

Formal Competence

• Experience in warehouse or goods receiving work is an advantage
• Basic computer skills and experience registering information in systems
• Good physical condition and experience with active work involving lifting and standing
• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Advantageous Experience

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Forklift license and experience operating forklifts
• Work in picking systems or warehouse management systems
• Work in a high-paced logistics environment

As a person, you are careful, responsible, and service-oriented. You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and solve emerging situations in a proactive manner.
