The Swedish Armed Forces Central Warehouse (FMCL) is part of FMLOG Supply, creating opportunities for the Swedish Armed Forces by receiving and delivering equipment on time and with high quality. Through knowledge of how equipment should be received, stored, warehouse-maintained, delivered, and even decommissioned, we are involved in making the Swedish Armed Forces' operations possible. Our attitudes and ways of working are characterized by mutual trust to be able to deliver defense logistics when and where it is needed.

Main Responsibilities

As a Team Coordinator, you support the warehouse workers and the section manager in leading the section's production based on the Swedish Armed Forces Central Warehouse's set goals. You play an important role in the work team and create conditions for you to achieve your goals together while ensuring and creating good conditions for a positive, sustainable, and efficient work environment.

You are responsible for, among other things:

  • Prioritizing, planning, and distributing today's tasks.
  • Development and improvement work.
  • Close collaboration with warehouse workers and the section manager regarding the section's production and feedback on production issues.
  • Supporting warehouse workers and solving or escalating problems that hinder production.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Category B driver's license with manual transmission.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing in Swedish.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package.
  • Good knowledge of warehousing and logistics.

Merits

  • Forklift license A+B.
  • Experience with large-scale warehouse operations.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, especially SAP.
  • Leadership experience and/or leadership training.
  • Experience with production planning.
  • Knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' operations and equipment.
