At Inkludera Assistans, we are looking for you to work for 6 months on a temporary assignment that may potentially lead to a permanent position.

About the job:

You will be working for a lovely and cheerful man in his 60s who lives in a villa with his wife. The client is able to communicate and speak for himself, and will provide more detailed information regarding routines and tasks. Activities take place outside the home, and you will also assist him in performing his work.

Your work is characterized by responsibility in interactions and cooperation with other people, so we place great emphasis on your personality and the chemistry between you and the client.

Schedule:

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00. Evening and weekend shifts may also occur.

A driver's license is required as the client has his own car.

You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience:

You should have previous experience working in healthcare, elderly care, or personal assistance.

You should have a strong work ethic, be calm and self-assured, and have a positive attitude towards making a difference for someone else.

Other:

An introduction period will take place to assess the interaction and sense of security between you in daily routines.

Extract from the Criminal Record Register

An extract from the criminal record register must be submitted before employment can begin. It is an advantage if you prepare to order a certificate of good conduct from the police before an interview.
