About the role

At QSG Security, we are currently looking for an engaged and responsible parking attendant. As a parking attendant with us, you will work with parking supervision on municipal land. Your primary responsibility is to promote road safety, increase traffic flow, and improve the quality of life in residential areas by ensuring that parking regulations are followed. You will work with parking supervision throughout Stockholm according to current local rules and procedures. You play a vital role in maintaining order and safety while providing good service to the public.

We are looking for someone who is highly flexible and has a strong focus on service and safety. You are stress-resistant and have excellent problem-solving skills. You are innovative, engaged, and responsible, and you can make independent decisions when needed. Even on difficult and challenging days, you maintain your focus and good mood. You are skilled at collaborating and building good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. Your ability to provide excellent service, handle stressful situations, and work efficiently with multiple tasks simultaneously makes you an invaluable part of our team.

To work as a parking attendant on municipal land, you will undergo a public law basic training for parking attendants. The training begins on August 10th and lasts for four weeks. It provides the knowledge required to perform the job in accordance with current laws and regulations. After successfully completing the training, you will start working as a parking attendant with QSG Security.

The working hours where we have the greatest need are scheduled from 15:30 to 03:30 according to a so-called 5-4 schedule. Work according to a 5-2 schedule may also occur, with working hours from 07:00 to 19:00. Other working hours and scheduling may also occur based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Experience from a service occupation or another role with significant customer contact
• Comfort with physically active work involving a lot of standing and walking
• Good communicative and social skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Approved upper secondary education or equivalent
• For employment at QSG Security AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company
• Clean criminal record
• Settled finances
• At least 18 years of age
• Public law parking attendant training
• Driver's license
