We are looking for two nurses for staffing assignments within municipal healthcare in northern Västmanland.

• Period: June 15 to August 31
• Scope: 100% Working hours during days, evenings, and weekends
• Systems: Cosmic Journal, Lifecare HSL, AlfaeCare Welfare Signing

The nursing positions involve assignments within the municipality's healthcare for:

• Individuals in special housing for the elderly.
• Individuals with various disabilities in housing forms according to LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and Social Psychiatry.
• Individuals in ordinary housing who need healthcare at home all days, evenings, and nights.
• Individuals in day activities.
• Individuals in short-term care.
• Individuals within psychiatry.

The nursing interventions include among other things:

• General and specific care.
• Medical assessments, responsibility for treatment, and follow-up of treatments so that the individual receives the care and treatment prescribed by the doctor.
• Reviewing and following established care plans/goal plans.
• Supervision and counseling to care staff in the work team according to the procedures that apply to the client.
• Reporting, processing, and follow-up of deviations.
• Electronic documentation of healthcare in operational systems, which includes among other things the creation of care plans.
• Participating in investigations of Lex Maria and Lex Sarah.
