We are now looking for summer substitutes at Tujagården in Västerås for the summer of 2026. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see every individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists who work closely together.

About Tujagården

We are a somatic residence in Skiljebo with nature around the corner and close proximity to Skiljebocentrum and the hospital. We have 36 apartments divided over 3 floors.

• Group managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operations. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
• Animals in care: Here we work with animals in care and we have regular visits from therapy animals.

Your experience and knowledge

- enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience working in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
