We are now looking for a flexible and independent property caretaker for the external maintenance of about ten properties in Växjö. The work consists of external maintenance and patrolling of common areas. The role includes, among other things, keeping the properties' outdoor environments in good condition through ongoing maintenance, cleaning, and care of green areas. You are responsible for early detection and reporting of any faults or deficiencies, and ensuring that the properties always maintain a good standard. The work includes, among other things:

• Grass mowing
• Weed control
• Planting and simple gardening work
• Property patrols
• Keeping areas clean and well-maintained

You will work weekdays during daytime hours, up to approximately 25% or more hours if needed.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and solution-focused. You have an eye for making outdoor environments pleasant. It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role previously and are familiar with green area maintenance. We see that you:

• Hold a valid B-driver's license
• Have access to a personal car with a tow hitch
• Having your own trailer is an advantage
• Experience in property maintenance or similar work is an advantage
• Are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working outdoors
• Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
