Maintenance Mechanic Wanted for Client – Combine Technology and Production

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. Here, you will enjoy a varied role where you work with both maintenance and production in a company culture characterized by collaboration, responsibility, and development.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you are responsible for the daily operations of the production line and have the authority to halt production when necessary. Your focus is on ensuring safe and efficient production processes in accordance with the company's policies, laws, and standards.

You will work on preventing, rectifying, and optimizing the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of production
• Perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Ensure that production complies with current safety requirements and procedures
• Contribute to improvement work and process efficiency

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical education, preferably in production technology or mechanical engineering
• Has a technical interest and experience in industrial production
• Is flexible and can adapt to varying working hours
• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated
• Thrives in a role where teamwork is important – you put the team before yourself
