Maintenance Technician for a Modern Commercial Greenhouse

Do you want to work in a green and vibrant production environment where technology meets plant cultivation? We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for one of our clients who operates a commercial greenhouse – a role where you play a key part in keeping production running and the facility in top condition.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work in a commercial greenhouse environment, responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical systems and equipment used in cultivation. This can include everything from irrigation systems, climate control, and greenhouse installations to machinery and other production equipment.

You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure stable and efficient plant production, working closely with cultivation and production staff.

The role is practical and varied – you will move between different parts of the facility, both indoors in the greenhouse and outdoors, applying your technical expertise wherever needed.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing and planned maintenance of the facility, greenhouse, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in irrigation systems, climate control, and production equipment.
• Participate in the installation and adaptation of technical solutions in the cultivation environment.
• Ensure optimal operation in collaboration with cultivation staff.
• Contribute to improvements in routines and technical solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role, preferably within production, agriculture, or the green industry.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, or control technology, and thrive in a practical role.

It is an advantage if you have welding skills, a C or CE driver’s license, and experience working in operational or process environments.
