Your role

In this role, you will become part of an engaged team that together supports Sweden's military defense capabilities. In the role of technician with us, you will work with maintaining and repairing military systems with a focus on air defense and anti-tank systems. The technician role is broad and may also include, for example, the development of instructional and repair manuals as well as technical investigations. Here, technology and innovation are combined with collaboration and precision. You will take significant responsibility for your own tasks, but also work together with others in your team. As a technician, you will also work closely and together with the customer to find the best and most cost-effective solution.

The position is located at our site in Risinge, just outside Växjö. The role involves regular travel within Sweden, usually around once a month. International travel may also occur to a lesser extent.

Your profile

We are looking for you who appreciate varied tasks with a desire to be a natural part of a team. As a person, you take initiative and drive customer assignments in an independent and organized manner, and value our customer relationships. Furthermore, you are meticulous and stable, enjoy having your own responsibility, and have an eye for small details and thrive with this type of work.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you have:

• Experience working as a technician or repairer, preferably in electronics or mechanics.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A B driver's license, as the work involves some commuting.

An engineering degree at the university level is meritorious. We see it as a great asset if you have experience from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), the Swedish Armed Forces, or military education.
