We travel to 26 cities across Sweden, spreading joy through food.

Our restaurant tent is filled with energy, delicious food, and wonderful people.

The Work

We are a cheerful crew traveling to pre-booked festivals across Sweden for approximately 7 months. Start dates and shifts vary. A B-driver's license is a plus but not required.

In our tents, we sell smash burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, mac & cheese, and more. We also have a tent selling exotic burgers such as crocodile, ostrich, and kangaroo, as well as a third tent selling smoked meats like brisket.

Responsibilities

We set up our tents in each new city and arrange the necessary equipment to run the business. Most of our equipment is on wheels to facilitate transport.

We are looking for staff for the following roles:

Register and order taking
Prep work (food preparation) and cooking
Frying burgers and other items

No prior experience is needed; we will train you!

Accommodation

During our time working on the road, we usually stay in hotels or rent villas/apartments. The company covers all accommodation costs, even on days when we are not working. You do not need to worry about housing arrangements.

Working Hours

We typically set up on Tuesdays (taking about 1–2 hours). Work takes place from Wednesday to Saturday. Opening hours are usually 11:00–18:00, but these may vary slightly depending on the festival schedule.

Food!

You get to eat for free in our tents as much as you like. There are usually around 30 other food stalls from various global cultures at the festivals, and you often have free access to food at most of them as well.

Things to keep in mind

Plan in advance if you wish to have time off in a specific city or on a certain day so we can organize the schedule smoothly. It can sometimes be stressful with large crowds and long queues, but we handle it well with good planning and preparation.

Time Off

There are usually 2–3 days between festivals when we travel between locations using the company's minivan and truck. Some choose to relax, others go home to see family, while others go on adventures. One thing is guaranteed: you will have fun and create lifelong memories.

Salary

Salary is negotiable.

What we are looking for

Kitchen assistants, cashiers, grill cooks, dishwashers, and general helpers. Everyone helps out!

Even if you are eligible for support from the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), you are welcome to apply. We also have winter markets if you are interested in winter work.
