Uniflex in Karlskoga is now looking for a Business Manager who wants to help develop our business, both strategically and operationally. Do you enjoy finding new opportunities and seeing the results of your work? Then this could be your next challenge.
About the role
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting for a number of clients, both existing and new, with a focus on developing the business and creating added value. You are constantly looking for new business opportunities and actively participate in various networks. The role involves a strong focus on prospecting and processing new customers, while we place great emphasis on maintaining and nurturing our existing customer relationships to always be the customer's first choice.
In addition to sales, you are also responsible for appointing the right consultants to the assignments you bring in, as well as following up on and supporting them in their daily work at the client site.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is driven by achieving results and is not afraid to set high goals. You have good experience in recruitment and staffing, and it is an advantage if you have worked in B2B sales. You have good knowledge of the local business community and are skilled at building relationships with customers.
You are goal-oriented, business-minded, and have the ability to work systematically without giving up in the face of setbacks. With a solution-oriented approach and a positive attitude, you are a team player driven by success together with your team and who maintains a high activity level.
A driver's license and access to your own car are required.
