Do you want a secure job where you meet people every day?

We are now looking for you who want to train as a bus driver – with a job directly after training in the Skaraborg region.

About the training

• Employment start: October 5, 2026 in Skövde
• Sweden's most intensive bus driver training
• Requirement to work with us in the Skaraborg Traffic Area
• The training is conducted in collaboration with Centrala Trafikskolan
• You will receive full information about the program if you proceed to an interview

What awaits you after training

After successful completion of the training, we offer a full-time job (100%) within Nobina Skaraborg (Skövde, Mariestad, Lidköping).

As a bus driver:

• You will meet people every day
• You are responsible for a safe and secure journey
• You provide service and assist passengers with questions

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented and enjoy working with people
• Are calm, flexible, and confident even in stressful situations
• Have a safe and environmentally conscious driving style
• Speak and write Swedish

Basic requirements

• At least 24 years old
• Swedish B-driver's license for at least 1 year
• EU citizen or have a work permit in Sweden

Important to know

• The work involves varying working hours (morning, day, evening, night, weekends)
• You apply yourself for the driver's license permit (Category D) via the Swedish Transport Agency
• Medical examination costs are covered by you

Application

Selection is done on a rolling basis – do not wait with your application!

Salary according to the BBA collective agreement.

Recruitment process

• Digital tests are sent via email
• A passing result is required to proceed
• Certificate of good conduct is required
• Alcohol and drug test (TMU) is conducted prior to employment
• A 6-month probationary period applies when you are a bus driver
