About the Role

As a Warranty Administrator, you are responsible for handling and administering warranty claims from start to finish. The role involves reviewing claims, communicating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring that all cases adhere to current guidelines and agreements. The work requires collaboration with various parties to create a smooth process and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and process warranty claims in accordance with applicable agreements and guidelines.
• Facilitate dialogue with customers, suppliers, and workshops.
• Review and analyze documentation to ensure warranty requirements are met.
• Follow up on ongoing warranty cases to ensure they are handled within the specified timeframe.
• Generate reports and compile statistics related to warranty cases.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in warranty management, administration, or similar tasks within the automotive industry or another technical environment.
• Has a good understanding of contracts and warranty obligations.
• Is meticulous, structured, and possesses strong analytical skills.
• Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Has experience working with business systems and possesses good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Is fluent in both Swedish and English, in writing and speaking.
