Job Description

Are you dexterous, patient, and have a technical interest? Are you also handy, holistic in your thinking, and enjoy working with industrial assembly? Then we have the perfect role for you!

We are now looking for skilled assemblers for our client in Viared. As an assembler, you will be part of a team where precision and collaboration are key to success. Your main tasks include assembling products according to drawings and specifications, handling components such as small screws and accessories, and ensuring quality assurance of your work to meet the company's high standards.

The working hours are scheduled on a 2-shift system: 06:00–14:30 Monday–Friday during one week, and 14:15–23:00 Monday–Thursday during the other week. These are the hours you should be able to work if you apply for the position. The position is full-time with the possibility of permanent employment with the client for the right person.

We are looking for someone who is handy, has a strong technical interest, and good ability to read drawings. You have an eye for quality and thrive working in a structured and independent manner. You should have good patience as the work involves assembling very small components and parts. Since the work is done in a team, it is important that you are social, cooperative, and have the ability to prioritize and keep to timeframes. Experience with reading drawings and previous work in industrial assembly is highly meritorious. If you also have a forklift license, this is an extra plus, but not a requirement.

As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work at our client's site. We offer collective agreements, wellness benefits, occupational healthcare, and insurance. You also receive discounts on gym memberships and opportunities to broaden your competence through varied assignments. We offer a supportive work environment where you develop and build a strong CV.

Apply today! We work with continuous selection, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Note that we do not accept applications via email. Instead, send your application directly through our website.

Do you have questions about the position? Contact HR Manager Emma Eriksson at [email protected].

We look forward to receiving your application!
