ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a major customer in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. We are now looking to hire a High Voltage Electrician for our operations and maintenance contract with this customer in Skövde. About the Role

You will become an important and valuable part of a motivated team. In your role, you will work with daily operations together with your colleagues. The tasks include planning and performing maintenance, repairs, assembly, and installations in office and industrial environments.

You will make decisions regarding and perform supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the customer's electrical installations within the scope of our commitment. The tasks also involve troubleshooting and analyzing problems within electrical systems and identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You are responsible for ensuring the building's electrical system meets current functional requirements and contributes to increased customer satisfaction. It is natural to you that you continuously work on improvements and documentation and participate in and execute various projects for the customer.

The role involves daily communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. In addition to technical services, ISS provides several other services at the customer site – e.g., reception and cleaning services – and your role includes collaborating with other ISS colleagues on-site.

This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for and performs electrical new installations, conversions, and maintenance work.
• Responsible for and performs electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with current authority requirements for electrical installations, electrical equipment, and electrical work.
• Patrolling and test running of power supply.
• Coordination and control of electrical work performed by own staff, subcontractors, or side suppliers.
• Quotation for improvements/planned maintenance.

Your Background

We are looking for you who have electrical technical education and many years of experience. You have good theoretical and practical knowledge of technical installations in buildings and very good knowledge of electrical documentation. We assume you have documented education and experience with switchgear. You have an ECY certificate and a B-license. It is meritorious if you have: Hot Work, Lift and Truck License, Safe Lifting, High Altitude, Mobile Work Platforms, Sprinkler Plant Operator, ESA, Fire Alarm, and Gas Leakage Systems.
