About the role

Tranpenad is currently seeking a future Team Leader for our client in Landvetter.

As a Team Leader on the evening shift, you are responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse. The role is operational, meaning you lead and distribute tasks while actively working in production yourself. You ensure that picking, packing, and dispatch handling are carried out efficiently, accurately, and according to set goals for quality and delivery precision.

You have daily contact with both employees and the client, which requires good communication skills and a professional approach to collaboration. Together with the client, you also drive development and improvement work regarding safety, productivity, and workflows.

This is a role for you if you thrive close to the operations and want to combine leadership with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and distribute work within the warehouse operations
• Ensure efficient and correct handling of picking and packing
• Responsible for dispatch handling and delivery precision
• Monitor productivity, quality, and KPIs
• Work operationally in daily operations
• Introduce and train new employees
• Ensure that safety regulations and routines are followed
• Drive improvement work and streamlining of workflows
• Time reporting and production follow-up

About you

We are looking for you who have experience in warehouse work and feel confident in a leading role. You have a good understanding of logistics flows and know what is required to create efficient and high-quality warehouse work.

You are a clear and communicative leader who motivates and engages the team. You are solution-oriented, decisive, and unpretentious – leading by example. With multiple contact points in the role, you find it easy to collaborate and build trust.

Attention to detail and structure are second nature to you. You work systematically even under time pressure, have a sharp eye for details, and ensure high quality in picking and delivery work. Proficiency in systems, especially Excel, is an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible, reliable, flexible, and have a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Documented experience in warehouse, picking, and packing work
• Experience with dispatch handling and loading
• Good familiarity with hand scanners and WMS systems
• Experience leading teams (formally or informally)
• Experience working towards set goals and deadlines
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good administrative skills

• Forklift license (A and B)
• Experience with improvement work (Lean, 5S)
• Experience with scheduling or staffing planning
• Experience working with and following up on KPIs
