We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our auto workshop!

About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a customer receptionist with us. You will become a key person in our daily operations and the first person our customers meet – both over the phone and in person at the workshop.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving customers in person and via phone
• Scheduling and following up on workshop visits
• Ordering spare parts
• Contacting suppliers and ensuring the right parts are available on time
• Invoicing and handling payments
• Managing email and basic administration

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service or administration (experience in the automotive industry is a plus)
• Is service-oriented, social, and structured
• Is computer literate and can communicate well verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
• Is solution-oriented and thrives in an environment where no two days are alike
