We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager for a one-year assignment starting July 1st with Huddinge Municipality, with a scope of 100%.

About the assignment

The assignment is a consultancy role via Bemannia, starting July 1, 2026, until the end of June 2027. The assignment is 100% full-time. You will be based at the unit's office in Huddinge.

Your responsibilities

The assignment involves working as a project manager and program manager to oversee the transformation of the Digitalization Department. Tasks may include:

• Implementation of new working methods
• Collaboration with new outsourcing providers
• Procurement processes
• Process implementation
• Operations management
• Servicedesk
• Service deliveries.

The program management responsibility also includes the new City Hall, covering all its components regarding technology, systems, services, and the new data center, for example.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum 180 credits) in Computer Science, Systems Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education with a focus on system architecture or software development.
• At least 15 years of experience as a project manager and/or program manager.
• At least 7 years of experience as a CIO/IT Director in a large organization.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project/program manager responsible for workplace transformation and changes in working methods in a large organization.
• At least 5 years of experience managing outsourcing delivery of IT infrastructure (Network, Server, Security, and Servicedesk).
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role with significant budget responsibility.
• At least 2 years of experience as a project/program manager for IT infrastructure change initiatives in an outsourcing environment, with experience in efficiency improvements and cost reduction in a large organization.
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager for the implementation of new IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Active Network Equipment, Cabling Systems, Security, Server/Cloud Services, and Application Layer.
• At least 1 year of experience as a project manager for developing procurement documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, when outsourcing IT systems in a large organization.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the integration of ITIL processes such as Incident, Change Management, Request Fulfillment, Event Monitoring, and Continual Improvement in a large organization.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Operations Manager during the deployment of multiple network and security services in a large organization.
• At least 1 year of experience as a project/program manager in projects involving the establishment of a new data/server room with cooling and fire protection, etc., in a large organization.
• At least 1 year of experience as a project manager for performance and load testing when introducing new systems within a large organization.
• SAFe Agilist Certified.
