Your role

We are looking for an engaged and relationship-building teacher who wants to work on strengthening students' opportunities to achieve their knowledge goals in mathematics, Swedish, and English.

In this position, you will primarily work in a supportive capacity with students in smaller settings, both individually and in small groups. As needed, you will also provide support to students during regular teaching sessions. An important part of the role is to act as a coordinating link between the student, the teaching teacher, and the guardians to create good conditions for the student's learning and development.

You will collaborate closely with the school's work team, student health services, and other educators to plan, follow up on, and develop support measures based on the students' needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with eligibility in mathematics, Swedish, and/or English for grades 7–9.

You have a talent for creating safe and trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are attentive, structured, and have a good ability to adapt your working methods to different students' needs. You value collaboration and have a solution-oriented approach.

We particularly value your ability to meet students with clarity, warmth, and engagement, as well as your ability to create motivation and hope for the future.
