Our Italian restaurant is looking for several friendly waiters who can deliver excellent customer service while memorizing our menu and daily special offers. As a waiter, you will be responsible for taking customers' food and drink orders and delivering them to the correct people in the kitchen or bar. We would like you to have previous experience as a waiter at a popular restaurant and be motivated to offer excellent service. We look forward to your application!
Responsibilities include among other things:
- Taking customers' food and drink orders.
- Ensuring that all orders are correct and delivered to the table on time.
- Offering customers suggestions for appetizers and meals from the menu and special offers.
- Working closely with the restaurant manager to immediately address customer issues and create a pleasant dining experience.
- Confirming orders with chefs and bartenders when clarification is needed.
- Setting tables and moving furniture to accommodate larger groups.
- Assisting with guest check-in and check-out at our hotel.
