Nurse for Growing Health Center in Mölndal

Forsåker Health Center and Child Health Center (BVC) is a growing health center in Mölndal, focusing on teamwork, quality, accessibility, and patient interaction. Here, the team succeeds, not the individual. We aim to be the local health center with a big heart. We are now looking for the right person to join us in this developing and enjoyable phase. The health center is run by three general practice specialists. Doctors, psychologists, specialized nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, rehab coordinators, and administrators work here. We have clinics for patients with obesity, asthma/COPD, diabetes, hypertension, as well as a geriatric clinic. At the Child Health Center, families meet both pediatric nurses and specialist doctors. We also work closely with our rehab clinic.

We believe in working thoughtfully and use smart IT systems and digital care when needed. We are HBTQ-certified. We also strongly believe in continuity and ensure that our patients see the same healthcare staff. We work closely together as a team and share responsibility for the care of our approximately 5,600 patients. All to ensure that those who need care the most receive it.

We now need to strengthen our team with a nurse. You will work with on-call duties, telephone, and chat. We would like you to be curious about primary care; experience is meritorious but not a requirement. Since we are a growing operation, it is important to us that you are flexible and willing to help us develop the clinic work forward. About the Position

In the role of nurse, you will have the usual varied tasks for a nurse at a health center. Initially, we are looking for a nurse with a focus on medical advice via phone and chat, as well as work with acute assessments. The work takes place in close collaboration with doctors and other colleagues.
