We provide the absolute best service and have great respect for our customers and their needs and wishes.

We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to design a secure service, adapted to needs and wishes. We work actively with a dedicated care contact and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way.

We are relatively small work groups on both Blidö and Rådmansö, which means we have good continuity with our customers.

We primarily use cars at our units, but cycling may occur.

We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operations – we can always get better.

Today, the company has over 1,400 employees, including assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners.

We have special competence in dementia – we work actively with training in Star-marked Dementia.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

You work with providing customers with the help they are entitled to according to assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of tasks:

• Personal hygiene – help with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – help with cooking, serving, and sometimes feeding.
• Supervision & companionship – create security and contribute to the customer's social context.
• Dressing and undressing – practical support when changing clothes.
• Home support – for example, laundry, cleaning, and other daily chores.
• Emergency alarm – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have alarmed. We work on behalf of K-son in Norrtälje Municipality and handle emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00.

Who are you? Are you the one we are looking for?

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Assistant nurse education (meritorious) – you are educated and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and can document professionally.
• Category B driver's license – a requirement for our units Blidö-Rådmansö. You are a confident driver and used to navigating in traffic.
• Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressurized situations with calm and determination.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic & sensitive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that every customer has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you have an easy time communicating and collaborating with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexible & solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is like the other.
• Detail-oriented & responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.
• Digital skills – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.
