We are looking for an Account Manager with a focus on new customer acquisition for a growing company within competence development. The company offers one of the market's widest ranges of courses, lectures, and events featuring some of Sweden's most appreciated speakers and trainers.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to closed deal and ongoing customer relationship. You also work with new customer acquisition, building your own customer portfolio by booking and conducting meetings, identifying customer needs, and presenting the company's solutions. Customer meetings take place both digitally and physically, and the sales cycle is usually between 1-4 weeks.

Here you sell solutions that help companies inspire, engage, and develop their employees. Customers can be both small and large companies in various industries, looking to invest in competence development, strengthen their leadership, inspire their staff, or create memorable moments through lectures, training, and courses. You will follow an established sales process but have significant freedom to influence your own working methods and development in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and new customer acquisition within B2B
  • Book and conduct customer meetings (physical and digital)
  • Present and sell training, lectures, and events
  • Drive the entire sales process from first contact to close
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Work towards clear goals and KPIs

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Previous experience with cold calling
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Own B2B network
  • Previous experience in new customer acquisition
  • Access to a personal car (or possibility of a company car)
