We are currently looking for a Junior Data Process Lead for a long-term assignment with an international company strongly focused on digitalization, data quality, and business development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating efficient and sustainable ways of handling data throughout the organization. You will work at the intersection of business, IT, and data functions, where your mission is to ensure that data is consistent, usable, and reliable for the organization's processes, decisions, and digital initiatives.

This is a developmental role for you who has an analytical mindset, an interest in process development, and a desire to drive improvements in a complex organization.

As a Junior Data Process Lead, you are responsible for defining, documenting, and developing the organization's data processes within your assigned area. You work on standardizing how data is created, validated, and maintained across different teams to ensure high and consistent data quality.

In this role, you translate business needs into clear and practical processes and identify root causes of data issues to implement long-term improvements. You drive initiatives that simplify workflows, reduce errors, and strengthen the quality of data management between different systems.

You collaborate closely with stakeholders from business, IT, and data functions, acting as a connecting link between different teams. The role also involves leading the implementation of new or updated processes, creating engagement around changes, and prioritizing improvement efforts based on business needs and challenges.

• University degree in data engineering, business analytics, or a related field

• Strong ability to design, document, and develop processes from an end-to-end perspective

• Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying root causes of data issues

• Structured work approach combined with a curious and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to drive change in complex organizations

• Very good communication skills and experience adapting messages to different audiences

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP

• Experience with product or PLM systems such as Teamcenter or similar

• Experience with visualization or reporting tools, such as Power BI

• Understanding of data structures and how data flows work between different systems

• Scope: 100%

• Assignment period: 2026-08-24 – 2028-08-24

• Working language: Swedish and English

• Competence level: Junior (Level 1–2)
