Your Role

In the role of Planner, you will work together with three other planners to have an overall responsibility for keeping our needs and schedules aligned.

You will be part of a newly formed team with project managers, planners, and after-sales coordinators, collaborating closely with production and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and capacity planning
• Cost estimation
• Material planning
• Develop and monitor KPIs
• Work on continuous improvement together with adjacent functions

The Tactical Electronics product group develops, sells, produces, and delivers tactical electronics capabilities to customers on the global market. The product portfolio includes, among other things, computers, displays, switches, and camera systems.

The operations are located in Malmslätt, Linköping, and consist of approximately 65 employees distributed across several sections.

Your Profile

You are a curious, proactive, and self-motivated person who enjoys having a broad understanding and being involved in several projects at different stages. You are skilled at structuring your work, which gives you a solid foundation for planning both in the short term and over a longer horizon. You have an easy time building relationships and collaborate well with people regardless of level. Clear and precise communication is important and should be one of your strengths.

The role offers significant freedom and great opportunities to influence.

Your Experience

• Experience in material requirement, capacity, and capacity planning.
• An academic degree or University College Engineering (YH) combined with experience from similar roles within logistics and production.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with IFS Sherpa or similar ERP systems.

Advantageous:

• Experience in methodical improvement work, such as LEAN.

The position requires you to undergo and pass security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
