Specialist Care Campus is a day surgery department with two operating theaters, organizationally located under the AnOpIVA operational area. We work daytime hours, Monday to Friday. Specialist Care Campus is located on the Mid Sweden University campus, a short distance from the hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nursing assistant, you are part of an operating team that performs planned surgeries within surgery, orthopedics, and gynecology. This includes, for example, assisting the operating room nurse during various procedures and preparing the operating room before and after surgery. You also handle technical equipment, instruments, and ensure all necessary materials are in place before operations.
The role also involves performing standard nursing assistant duties in the pre- and post-operative areas, such as helping to prepare patients pre-operatively and providing care and monitoring post-operatively.
You also have your own areas of responsibility, such as inventory management and equipment maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, preferably with experience in operating room care. You have good collaboration skills, enjoy working in a team, and actively contribute your knowledge and to a good work climate. We value that you are interested in developing in your profession and in participating in further developing our operations. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
