We are looking for 2 Service Technicians for Partillebo, based in Sävedalen.

Do you have a passion for service, problem-solving, and thrive in a varied daily routine? Then the role of Service Technician might be just right for you! We are looking for someone who wants to help create safe, well-maintained, and pleasant living environments for our tenants.

One of the roles will focus more on external property maintenance – care of green areas, trees, bushes, flower beds, etc. during spring, summer, and autumn.

About the role

As a Service Technician, you are an important part of our property team. You work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure that our properties maintain a high standard and that our tenants receive the service they need. You will be based at one of our four area offices and will be part of a great team of colleagues. However, you are independently responsible for your own defined area, including both internal and external property maintenance. The work is varied and combines practical tasks with social interaction and service. You plan your time and work independently to achieve the best results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing repairs and maintenance, such as replacing taps and toilet seats.
  • Planning and executing repairs as well as ongoing maintenance.
  • Rounding off common areas, property grounds, and playgrounds.
  • Conducting apartment inspections.
  • Mowing grass, cleaning, planting, and garden maintenance.
  • Snow clearing and participation in snow duty.
  • Daily dialogue with tenants, both verbally and in writing.
  • Working to create a pleasant and secure atmosphere.
  • Handling service reports, feedback, and complaints.
  • Administration and reporting in our digital systems.
  • Reporting tenant feedback and working proactively on improving well-being.

You are the one who takes initiative and sees what needs to be done! The role is broad, independent, and crucial for the overall experience of our areas.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role that combines practical work with good service. You have a genuine drive and interest in creating well-being, security, and good service for our tenants.

Qualifications

  • Vocational (YH) or upper secondary education with a focus on construction, electrical, property, or gardening.
  • Experience from the property industry.
  • Knowledge or experience in some of the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, construction.
  • Experience in service and customer contact in both written and verbal forms.
  • Good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Personal qualities

  • Service-oriented and comfortable in meetings with people.
  • Responsible and good at planning your workday.
  • Driven and proactive, solving problems with efficiency and quality in focus.
  • Independent, but also a team player who appreciates colleagues.
  • Engaged and willing to come up with ideas on how to improve our areas.
