Your Role

In this role as a Developer within Digital Workflows, you will, in close collaboration with the business, build solutions that create value for Saab through digitalization and automation.

We currently work primarily with ServiceNow for our digital workflows, but our solution teams are technically broad. Depending on your background, skills, and interests, there is also an opportunity to work with related technical areas.

What you will do:

• Design and develop digital workflows in ServiceNow Studio and ServiceNow App Engine
• Further develop and optimize existing digital workflows
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions together with business analysts, architects, and other developers
• Participate in workshops and discussions with the business/customer
• Provide technical support and solution proposals to internal stakeholders

Your Profile

We are looking for you who want to understand how things fit together and are driven by creating value for the business by digitalizing and automating workflows and processes. As a person, you are receptive, communicative, and confident in both individual work and cross-functional teams with an agile working method. The role requires a service-oriented approach and that you enjoy initiating and driving new ideas and improvement proposals. You have analytical skills that allow you to switch between detailed focus and a broad holistic perspective.

We believe you have:

• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in application development in ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience in developing and automating workflows and processes in ServiceNow
• Broad experience with integrations
• Experience with workshops and close collaboration with the business/customer
• Experience with administration, debugging, and incident management
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with on-prem/self-hosted environments
• Performed upgrades or major implementations of ServiceNow modules
• Certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Experience working with Camunda, DocuSign, Blue Prism, Otera, or other products used in workflow automation

The location is flexible between Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
