Over our 22 years in the industry, Citysälj has built long-term relationships with some of Sweden's largest media publishers and organizations. We currently have offices in Borås and Västerås, where we successfully manage both inbound and outbound sales. One of our departments also works with one of the country's most well-known lotteries, with all proceeds going to over 60 different charitable organizations.

We are now looking for an AI and Automation Developer for a time-limited development project where you will have the opportunity to drive and develop our work with AI, automation, and system integrations. The goal is to create smarter workflows, more efficient processes, and better decision-making support through modern technology.

About the role

We are in an exciting phase of development where we want to take the next step in digitalization and AI. As an AI and Automation Developer, you will map out workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that create real value for the business.

Responsibilities

• Optimize internal workflows using AI.
• Develop and implement automated processes.
• Create API solutions and integrations between different systems.
• Develop solutions for call analysis and quality assurance.
• Evaluate and implement new AI tools and methods.
• Identify areas where AI can increase productivity, quality, and business value.

Who we are looking for

• Education in AI, system development, data analysis, automation, or a related field.

OR

• Documented experience working with AI, automation, and system integrations.

Additional qualifications include experience with:

• API development and system integrations.
• Automation platforms and workflows.
• Generative AI, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Lovable, or similar.
• Data analysis and business development.
• Project management or change management.
