Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and structured Business Architect to establish an HR solution in ServiceNow, focusing on manager work and the employee lifecycle, primarily preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding. The role requires onsite presence one to two days per week.

You will translate business needs into requirements, process descriptions, and decision support materials, acting as a link between the business, HR, IT, and development resources to ensure effective solutions. The role requires strong communication skills and experience in building alignment between business and IT.

The assignment includes requirements engineering, prioritization, traceability between needs and solutions, and support in test preparation through quality assurance of requirements, acceptance criteria, and process verification. You should also be able to lead workshops, work systematically with requirements and process descriptions, and provide support in change management.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Technical understanding at a level that enables participation in design and solution discussions.
• Experience from the public sector, including experience with the ServiceNow HR module within the public sector.
• Fluent Swedish language skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform equivalent to at least six years, along with documented experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• At least two relevant assignments must be verifiable with references.
• At least six years of experience in process management and process development with a focus on HR processes in ServiceNow, verified by at least two reference assignments.
• Proficiency in driving requirements work and translating business needs into solution design, conducting workshops, and leading dialogue between business and IT.
• At least two years of experience in the role of Business Architect, Business Analyst, or comparable role, plus previous work in a strategic or overarching project role in complex organizations, such as Business Architect, Process Manager, or Change Manager.

An academic degree in personnel science, systems science, business development, or another relevant area is considered an advantage, as is equivalent experience. Certifications within ServiceNow, documented competence in process mapping and development within the HR area, experience in change management, and documented education in communication and/or leadership are also considered advantageous.
