Team Aktiv Primary Care Rehab has been providing rehabilitation for the population in Hässelby-Vällingby since 1995. The team consists of physiotherapists, specialist physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians, totaling 12 people who jointly develop and manage the operations while supporting and assisting each other.

We are now looking for a physiotherapist with an interest in primary care who wishes to join our team and contribute, together with us, to a workplace where everyone can develop, thrive, and provide good care to patients.

Job Responsibilities

Working in primary care means you will work with patients of all ages with various types of diagnoses. This means the work is highly varied and constantly developing. While we strive for everyone to be able to meet most patients/diagnoses, there is also the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in the area you find more interesting, as long as it benefits our patients. The work involves both diagnostics and treatment, and can be performed both at our clinic and in the patients' homes. As needed, we work together in teams consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians. You plan your own work together with the rest of the team. As a physiotherapist, you are an important part of the rehabilitation of our patients.

Qualifications

You must be a licensed physiotherapist and have good knowledge of Swedish. It is an advantage if you have worked in primary care and have experience documenting in the medical record system Take Care.

You must have a B driver's license (manual transmission).

Since we work in patients' homes, you must be comfortable in environments with pets/fur-bearing animals and not be sensitive to smoke smells.
