About the Job
As a TIG welder at Manpower, working on-site at Xylem, you will weld stainless steel and aluminum in varying dimensions. The role is practical and varied, involving work both in a workshop environment and at customer sites for assembly. You will become an important part of the production team, working with high demands for quality, precision, and safety.

Examples of tasks:

• TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminum
• Welding of larger pipe dimensions (approx. 100-300 mm) as well as smaller pipes
• Work in the workshop as well as assembly and installation at customer sites

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who are an independent and quality-conscious TIG welder with a strong sense of professional pride. You are accustomed to working with different materials and dimensions and feel confident both in a workshop environment and when working at customer sites.

Requirements:

• Documented experience in TIG welding
• Valid TIG welding license
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the entire assignment
• Good communication skills and experience with customer contact
