RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for an engaged and self-initiating occupational therapist to join our team at Home Care North in Karlholmsbruk.

As an occupational therapist with us, you work to strengthen individuals' independence and quality of life in their daily routines. You will meet people in various life situations and work to promote their ability to manage daily activities, whether it involves rehabilitation after illness, support for mental health issues, or adaptations in the home.

The work is varied and developmental. Your responsibilities include, among other things, activity assessments, planning and implementing rehabilitative measures, fitting and prescribing assistive devices, as well as follow-up and documentation according to current guidelines. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other professional groups in the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Tierp Municipality is part of a Swedish-speaking administrative area. If, in addition to our other competence requirements, you also speak Finnish, this can be a merit.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Working hours: Daytime.
