The role of nurse at the dialysis clinic
Care Unit F is an outpatient clinic with 24 home dialysis stations, focusing on utilizing the patient's ability for self-care. The goal is to create engaged patients who, despite chronic illness, can live an active life with good quality of life.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with an interest in building good and secure patient relationships. We are looking for someone who can complement our work team, and the focus will be on personal suitability.
Whether you are new to your role as a nurse or an experienced nurse with solid experience, you can contribute to our operations. We see that you, as an applicant, have a drive to develop and want to contribute to the development of the operation. As a person, you have a positive attitude and are communicative; you like technology and have good cooperation skills.
Since you will work in close cooperation with the patient, we think it is important that you are good at relationship building to make the patient feel safe and involved in the treatment.

The care unit is an outpatient clinic with 24 home dialysis stations. We work to increase patient involvement where the patient, according to their own ability and wishes, gets to manage all or part of their treatment themselves.
As a newly hired nurse, you will receive a thorough introduction over 6 weeks with 2 experienced dialysis nurses to gradually become confident in both tasks and technology. During one work shift, you are responsible for 3 patients, which creates good conditions for patient-safe care and high quality. You work together with a colleague as there are 2 nurses per ward, which gives continuous support, cooperation, and security in the daily work.
You will have a special nursing responsibility for some patients and their long-term planning and treatment. As a nurse with us, you get technical, stimulating, and independent work but are never alone.
Working hours and scheduling:
The working hours are 06:45–15:30 or alternatively 11:30–19:30, and you work 2 Saturdays out of 5. Sundays the care unit is closed.
Blood dialysis is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 06:45–19:30, Tuesday and Thursday from 06:45–15:30, and Saturday from 06:45–15:00. We apply a preference schedule.
We are looking for several nurses for temporary positions, as we have several parental leave replacements. You can choose to work 80–100%. Start date according to agreement.
If you are newly graduated, you will also participate in our advanced introduction program (RIU) for newly graduated nurses, which runs during your first year with us.
