In this role, you will have a key position in specialized psychiatry, where every patient meeting is a chance to make a difference. In our dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will work with structure, quality, and evidence-based care – where your competence both develops the care and creates the best possible results for patients.

The psychologist's role at WeMind is central to guaranteeing our patients evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups. You will work with the various psychiatric diagnoses treated within specialized psychiatry, primarily focusing on neuropsychiatric assessments.

We work with measurement-based care, where treatment is followed up using validated rating scales together with the patient. This increases engagement and enables individualized treatment that adds value for the patient. The follow-up is conducted digitally to reduce administrative burden.

WeMind Kista is an outpatient clinic within specialized psychiatry, located in Kista with easy access to public transport and Kista Galleria. You will join colleagues who value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a good work environment.

• Licensed psychologist with a focus on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

• Experience from specialized psychiatry

• Experience and a strong interest in neuropsychiatric assessments

You want to work broadly within psychiatry and thrive with structure, evidence, and systematic follow-up. You work independently, take responsibility, and plan and organize your work well. At the same time, you value collaboration, actively contribute your competence, and want to help develop the operations in a learning and supportive work environment.
