About the Company

We are now looking for an engaged and meticulous warehouse worker with good forklift experience (counterbalance + reach truck) for our client in Lund. In this role, you will be an important part of the logistics chain and contribute to ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating order, and have good experience with forklift driving will fit perfectly here.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving stackers (low + high), reach trucks, and counterbalance forklifts
• Picking and delivering goods to production
• Handling returns of goods to be put back on shelves
• Reconciling inventory balances and conducting stocktakes

Your Background / Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is hardworking and thrives in a high-tempo environment. You are a problem solver who has patience and enjoys creating structure and order in both systems and the physical environment. With a curious approach, you contribute to both your own and the company's development. We also value that you are communicative and team-oriented, which allows you to function well in a team while also being able to work independently.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge and experience of warehouse work
• Forklift license A + B
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Experience driving reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts
• Good computer skills (WMS systems)
• Good understanding of Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to work in two shifts

Strongly Meritorious:

• Experience from food or pharmaceutical production
• Experience with returns handling and correcting inventory balances
• Experience in a responsible role within warehouse operations

Information and Contact

This is a full-time position, and the working hours are arranged in a two-shift system that alternates every week between morning and afternoon shifts. The position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment after the fixed-term contract ends for the right person.
