Nestled in a scenic part of Brunna lies Hagnässkolan, a middle and upper secondary school with 480 students and around 50 staff members. The school was renovated in 2017 and features fresh facilities, including a new cafeteria and its own cooking kitchen.

As a student assistant, you help create a safe and developmental learning environment where students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting students in their learning and social development, both in the classroom, during breaks, and in the open after-school activities.
• Adapting activities based on each student's needs and prerequisites.
• Collaborating with teachers, special education specialists, and guardians to promote the student's development.
• Contributing to a positive climate where students feel seen, safe, and included.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has upper secondary education as a childcare worker.
• Is highly committed to children and young people with disabilities and is skilled at quickly building good relationships.
• Is patient, flexible, and has a good ability to adapt to different situations.
• Is a good team player and thrives in close collaboration with colleagues.
• Has experience in similar work or education within child and youth care or pedagogy.

About the position

The position is a fixed-term employment at 80% until 2026-06-10 with the possibility of extension. Start date by agreement, preferably from 2026-08-18.
