About the role

As a vehicle technician with us, you will work with varied tasks:

• Troubleshooting, repairs, and service work on passenger cars of all brands.
• Ensuring that repairs and services are carried out reliably and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Close customer contact and responsibility for building long-term relationships.
• Administrative tasks related to your work.

You enjoy solving customers' problems as well as lending a helping hand to a colleague. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is structured, decisive, meticulous, and flexible. You can easily prioritize and adapt to a changing environment. You work well both independently and in a team, have a great interest in cars, and a desire to constantly improve at what you do. To succeed in the role, it is required that you can meet customers in a professional manner and offer excellent service.

Your qualifications

• Upper secondary education in vehicle technology (documented relevant education).
• Experience working as a car mechanic/service technician.
• Previous experience with customer contact.
• Good computer skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• At least a Category B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
