About the client

Our client is an established international company with distribution and warehouse operations in Länna. Here you are offered a broad and flexible role where you will have a central function in daily operations while contributing to the development of routines, processes, and working methods.

About the role

This is an administrative and coordinating role with a high degree of variety in tasks. As an Administrative Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that the daily flow of deliveries, transports, and documentation runs smoothly and according to plan.

The role involves working both independently and in close collaboration with internal and external contacts such as carriers, contractors, printing houses, and internal departments. You serve as a key contact person in the business, switching between planning, follow-up, and problem-solving.

The work is flexible and varied; some days focus on administration and follow-up, while others involve more operational support within the business. Therefore, you must thrive in a role where you can quickly switch between different types of tasks.

In addition to daily flows, you also contribute to improvement work, the development of routines, and the monitoring of KPIs and statistics.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate and follow up on incoming and outgoing deliveries and transports
  • Act as a contact person for carriers, contractors, printing houses, and internal functions
  • Handle deviations and ensure deliveries take place as planned
  • Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, archiving, and invoice processing
  • Contribute to the development of routines and working methods as well as improvement work
  • Monitor KPIs, statistics, and delivery flows
  • Provide operational support to the business when needed in warehouse and distribution flows
  • Participate in the induction and training of new employees, as well as creating instructions and checklists
Working hours:

07:00-16:00 Monday-Friday
Scope: Full-time
Start date: According to agreement Our requirements

  • Experience in logistics, transport, or administrative work
  • Thrives in a varied and flexible role with many contact points
  • Is structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Has good computer skills, preferably in the Office suite
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
The following are also considered merits:
  • Experience with transport booking or distribution flows
  • Previous work within warehousing, logistics, or courier services
  • Forklift license or experience with forklifts (training can be offered)
  • Experience in quality and improvement work (ISO, 5S, or similar)
  • Experience in leadership or delegation
