About the position

As a Damage Advisor with us, you are the link between the customer, the workshop, and the insurance company. You assist customers both on-site and over the phone with everything from cost calculations, warranty issues, and other types of guidance.

You report to the Workshop Manager and work in a tightly knit team together with Damage Advisors, Damage Repairers, and Painters. For us, it is particularly important that you have the basic attitude of always wanting to do the little extra needed to give the customer the best possible service or to help a colleague when needed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for inspecting and valuing damaged cars
• Prepare calculations regarding the extent of damage and repair costs
• Handle and submit documentation to insurance companies
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and insurance companies
• Responsible for administration throughout the entire damage case

Your qualifications

• Category B driver's license with permission for manual transmission vehicles
• Upper secondary education (High school diploma)
• Previous experience from service work where customer contact is a natural part of the job
• Computer and system proficiency as well as good administrative skills, as you work daily in several complex systems
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Meritorious if you have experience working in a damage repair workshop

The position is a permanent full-time employment, and we apply a six-month probationary period.
