Your Role

In this combined role as Tech-Admin and Designer, you will become an important part of the team within System Installation. You will work closely with technical leaders and contribute with structure, coordination, and technical support in a business characterized by high complexity and collaboration.

Your main task is to relieve and support technical leaders through technical administrative tasks, while also contributing to design work within the team. The role is varied and gives you a broad understanding of both technology and processes.

Examples of areas of responsibility:

• Gather, structure, and update technical information in internal systems and tools, including Excel
• Follow up on and support internal audits of technical documentation to ensure quality and progress
• Contribute to the development and definition of installation solutions, such as structures, equipment placement, and cabling

You will become part of Special Mission Regional Aircraft, which develops and maintains advanced airborne surveillance systems and is responsible for the maintenance of civil aircraft. Within the area of system installation, we work with integrating and installing the systems and modifications developed in the business – a central part of ensuring functionality, performance, and quality in the whole.

Here you will enter a cross-functional context where you collaborate with designers, technical leaders, and other specialist functions. The role offers good opportunities for development over time, both by broadening your competence and by taking on more responsibility, for example within technology or leadership.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in technology and thrive in a role where you get to combine structure, administration, and technical work. You are meticulous and detail-oriented, while also having the ability to see the big picture and drive the work forward with quality and efficiency.

You have good collaboration skills and thrive in a role with many contact points, where communication and coordination are a natural part of everyday life. We would like you to be curious, engaged, and motivated to develop together with the business.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or other relevant post-secondary education
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Work experience in technology or engineering
• Experience in a similar role in a technical organization
• Knowledge of tools such as Catia V5, Capital Logic, and PDM systems
• Experience within design, engineering, system development, calculation, or production

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security clearance regulations in effect at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
