At Valora Bemanning, we are now looking for six (6) dedicated care assistants for summer assignments within home care services. The assignment spans eight weeks during the peak of summer, with good opportunities for a flexible schedule covering both day and evening shifts throughout the week (working hours within the time frame 07:00–22:00).

About the Assignment

You will work in a geographical area where the landscape offers fantastic views. Commuting for work is primarily done by car (and by bicycle in the local area). You will become part of a tight-knit team that works in a person-centered way, focusing on the user's best interests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Standard care assistant duties within municipal elder care and home care.
• Perform high-quality care, support, and service interventions in clients' homes.
• Medication management and delegated medical interventions.
• Social documentation, incident reporting, as well as contact with relatives and licensed personnel.

Qualifications

Requirements for the Position:

• Protected Job Title: Approved nursing education with proof of protected job title for Care Assistant (Undersköterska) from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Experience: At least 2 years of documented experience working as a care assistant within municipal elder care or home care.
• Driver's License: Valid Swedish B-driver's license (manual/automatic).
• Language: Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Background Check: A clean criminal record (extract for work with the elderly/disabled is required before start).

Personal Qualities: We are looking for you who have a genuine good attitude towards people, high sensitivity, and good teamwork skills. You are flexible regarding summer flows and have the ability to plan and carry out your daily work in a secure and independent manner.
