About the Team You will work together with six colleagues in close collaboration with the technical planning department. Together, you will optimize manufacturing processes and set design requirements to ensure cost-effective products with high quality. As a new member of the team, you will gradually take on more complex tasks with the support of experienced colleagues. Responsibilities

• Participate in improvement work and contribute to solving production technical challenges
• Support the optimization of work methods and flows
• Work with daily deviation management and collaborate with various support functions
• Contribute to Lean-inspired working methods and efficient processes
• Create layouts and workplace descriptions
• Work closely with the planning department and provide quick feedback on production-related issues
• Tasks and focus areas are adapted to your experience and interest

• At least one year of work experience as a Production Technician. Relevant education beyond this is meritorious.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

The position is security-classified. A security clearance check will be conducted prior to employment according to current regulations, which may involve citizenship requirements. Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with business or production systems, such as IFS
• Previous work or studies in flight technology, production, or technology-related environments
• Experience with improvement work, such as Lean
