Our client is an established and growing B2B media company with a strong position in the Nordics. Their product portfolio combines digital platforms, advertising, content, and events. They are now looking for someone ready to step into the role of Key Account Manager, attracted by a commercial environment with high tempo and the opportunity to take significant ownership. This position is ideal for you if you have a few years of sales experience and want to take the next step in media sales, working in a high-performance company where you have substantial autonomy over your assigned product areas.

Many sales roles have strict requirements regarding the number of meetings. At our client, they know that while meetings are one way to build relationships and create business, they also know that a salesperson adds value in many other forums and channels beyond just meetings. Therefore, you are reviewed and coached based on the activities you perform each week, not just the number of meetings you hold.

About the role

You work in an advisory capacity, helping your customers navigate a broad offering, where you tailor solutions within areas such as:

  • Digital advertising and campaigns
  • Native & content marketing
  • Events and physical meeting places
  • Print and brand exposure

The focus is not on “selling a product” – but on understanding the customer’s business and building the right solution based on their goals.

We are looking for you who:
  • Are a salesperson who loves to dedicate 100% focus day in and day out to nurturing and staying top of mind with your customers.
  • Have documented experience in B2B sales.
  • Are relationship-building, a good listener, and advisory.
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
About the employment

This is a direct recruitment. This means that OIO leads the recruitment process, and you will subsequently be employed directly by our client.
