Nurses Wanted for HSV and SÄBO – Longer Assignments

Are you a nurse who thrives in municipal care and wants to work in a setting where independence, variety, and close patient contact are the focus?

We are now looking for two licensed nurses for longer assignments within home healthcare (HSV) and special housing (SÄBO).

About the Assignment

You will work within:

• Home Healthcare (HSV)
• Special Housing (SÄBO)

The work includes standard nursing tasks within municipal health and social care, including:

• Patient assessments and medical interventions
• Medication management
• Nursing care and follow-up
• Documentation and care planning
• Collaboration with care staff, rehabilitation, and physicians
• Contact with patients and relatives

The operations are characterized by close teamwork and independent work with the patient in focus.

Working Hours

The work is performed according to a schedule and includes:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend shifts

Period & Scope

• Period: Week 35–52
• Scope: Two positions
• Working hours according to schedule

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have experience in municipal care, home healthcare, or SÄBO
• Are confident in independent assessments and prioritization
• Have good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor
• Enjoy varied tasks and patient interactions

Merits:

• Experience in home healthcare
• Experience in elderly care
• Experience with the Lifecare medical record system

Requirements for Presentation

The following documents must be available for presentation:

• Updated CV
• Adult CPR training certificate
• Two current references from the most recent assignment or employment
