About the Role

As a support employee, you handle advanced cases within leasing and company cars to ensure maximum customer value. You work closely with both customers and internal teams in a role that combines service with business administration.

Responsibilities

The role involves overall responsibility for technical and administrative support within vehicle-related services, acting as a bridge between customer needs and internal processes.

  • Handle incoming 2nd line cases via phone, email, and chat
  • Administer the entire leasing agreement process from application to payment
  • Responsible for the ongoing management of company cars and employee car processes
  • Handle administration regarding salary deductions and gross salary deductions
  • Perform digital inventories and quality assure documentation
  • Execute ownership transfers and manage agreements in internal systems
  • Actively work to optimize and improve administrative routines

We are looking for you who

  • Fluent Swedish and good ability to communicate in English
  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Experience with 2nd line support
  • Basic knowledge of leasing and company car management
  • Experience with administration regarding salary or gross salary deductions
  • Accustomed to working in a social role within service or administration

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from the automotive industry
  • Post-secondary education in economics or administration
  • Experience in process improvement and optimization of work routines
