About the positions:

Our ambition is to continue developing our store, which is why it is important that we together ensure we offer a fresh and exciting assortment while developing tomorrow's customer service together. In the store, we work as a team. You always keep the store's best interests in mind, help prioritize daily operations, and jump in where needed.

Several employees have gone on to further their education, and we know that several positions will become available after the summer. These will include full-time, part-time, and roles that fit alongside studies. Fill in the section that suits you best!

As a person

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, energetic, and capable of taking responsibility for your tasks. You must love providing service and doing your best for the customer. You enjoy working at a fast pace and meeting high demands.

You are social and attentive to customers' needs, and you thrive being visible and active among both colleagues and customers.

Naturally, you are clearly focused on the customer, but also detail-oriented and aware of the importance of following our routines regarding laws and regulations concerning food.

The positions: We are looking for different people for various positions depending on age and experience. We are looking for employees who are 16 years and older, where most positions require you to be 18.

Start date:

We will begin training in early August, and the schedule will start in mid-August in connection with the start of the school year.

Salary: According to collective agreement

Interviews will be conducted continuously, but we will contact all applicants after the application process is closed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in any industry
• Experience working in a grocery store
• Experience from ICA and working with "Min butik" and AOB
• Experience working with fresh produce
• Leadership qualities
• Previous experience in a responsible role
